Truth knowing only the river being hugged by the oceans waves
I feel it now, I was the ocean all along, Dylan god of sea
Ceaselessly rapping at the wrecked cliffs, to flood the inlet
and the tidal river, but even with the Moon the great pulley
creaking the steel ropes twining toward the stars
hooks upon some crow-leather harness like poison to my untouchable back
the winds could not blow my waves above the arch of mother land
not knowing its solidity, unaware of her burgundy birds resting above the canopy
as the sun winds, colors matching, confirming all
